I know it's off topic but how do you get your pictures small enough to add to your signature?????

Resize them.... either thru your digital camera software.. or use microsofts utility that works with xp.. or use a 3rd party software.. like Vicmans photo editor.. ( freeware basic version).

I use a free program called IrfanView. It is very small and fast, and has some really great features. I think there is even a plug-in to use it for viewing pictures in IE. PM me with an e-mail address and I'll e-mail it to you, or you can download it from any number of places. Go to Download.com and search for it.

If I remember right; I downloaded the pictures to "my documents" on the computer. I have 2000 XP and was able to just right click on the picture (file) and it should give you options. One option is resize. I had to resize a couple of times before I got it small enough to download...or is it upload....to TBN. Remember; I am going off of memory and that was last year when I did it /forums/images/graemlins/crazy.gif /forums/images/graemlins/confused.gif.

Irfanview's batch conversion/rename feature is excellent to apply the same changes to several photos. For example sharpen and resize a whole set of photos to get them down to convenient size for email or for posting them on a web page.
I have Photoshop Elements 3 and use that if a photo needs some tinkering to look presentable. Irfanview works fine for everything else.
