While you could go very large, have you thought about using ones for records that rotate the disk into the bath and out of it?e.g. https://www.amazon.com/VEVOR-Ultrasonic-Cleaner-Records-Cleaning/dp/B0DK2WR33X/

I haven't used this model.

Do you have a lot to clean and does it have to be ultrasonic? If so I would consider making my own. There are youtube videos people making their own which basically is the transducer(s) mounted to container and driver board. Hot tap water and Simple Green would work.
