that's what has me worried that it's not gonna be a simple fix: The cotter key was installed.

So why is the blade bar so loose?

Won't really know until the 46 mm socket gets here.

Did your blade bolts have keys like they are supposed to?

Glad your Fuel M18 got it off. I'm wondering how tight they were.

Those new battery powered impacts are amazing. My DeWalt 1/2in impact laughs at crank pulley bolts and hasn’t failed to take off any bolt I’ve tried it on yet.
