OH POO! What did I do?

Yep my 613 has been absolutely flogged and is still working after a dozen years, many welding sessions and several broken blades.

the MX10 was $5k brand new. so I will just keep replacing output spindles at $120 each until I have a billion hours on it.

I gotta deal with the troubles I have.....I am not interested in buying new ones.

I really do appreciate all the responses and helpful information given. I think I will talk to the dealer I bought this from in the next couple of days. He may be able to provide some insight into this as he is now a former JD dealer that I doubt really has much praise for the company

I am beginning to form the opinion that JD is no longer the type of company it once was. I will find out if they back their product. I certainly hope this does not evolve into a saga. I just need my attachment to get the job done.

Yea JD is NO longer the company they once were! My Uncles JD 4400 is maybe 12 years old now. A few years ago the plastic hood just decided to crack across the top of it, about 12"s long. It pops out of 2 gears in highrange. If its around in another 20 it wont be the tractor it once was, unlike JD's from the 70's that are still going strong.

Curious of the outcome on this. Saw an MX6 recently on local CL with same issue for sale for $800. Really tempting to might into a Bush Hog brand or meeting JD 609 if they are any better.
