Ohio Truck dealers 4x4 1 ton

Any one know of any good truck dealers in Ohio that would have a good selection of used dump trucks? I would like to find a used 1(In that range) ton 4x4 dump.

Walrus, there is a publication called "Indiana Auto and RV" that has ads for cars, trucks and such. I've noticed that it does include some Ohio ads and dealers. It's chock full of everything from classic cars to bulldozers. It comes in two parts; part A is cars and light trucks, part B is pretty much everything else. In Central Ohio, you might check Graham Ford or Ricart ford. Or McDormans Chevy
3 of the largest truck dealers that might have you're looking for.

Might also consider Byers downtown on West Broad in Columbus. They usually have a pretty good selection. On my way to work last week I saw a used car dealer in Circleville on US 23 about 84 Lumber that has a Chevy 3500 HD with a dump bed. Nice looking truck. I know nothing else about it other than it is red. Haven't stopped to take a look. Will look tonight on my way home to see if it is still there.

I wish you well in your hunt but a 2 wheel drive is going to be difficult to find and a 4x4 dump really hard. A good 1 ton dump truck is hard to find period and if they are any good they bring top dollar. A 1 ton dump truck is the most over abused (overloaded) truck you can buy. I'm from Columbus and all of the above dealer choices would be good ones.

Thanks Bobin...I am not planning on buying one real soon.....maybe after the 1st of the year..I am just putting the "feelers out" so I can be thinking ahead and get a few ideas.At least I will have an idea of which direction to go as far as the dealers and having the angles all covered. A neighbor of mine buys a lot of cars at "Ohio Auto Auction"he has brought home some nice looking pickups and cars at a reasonable price,they say the auction is open to the general public on Weds,that is something I may keep in mind as well,but a 4x4 1 ton dump is kinda rare..I would possibly settle on something slightly larger if the price was right.What would be the next size up?
