Oil change question

   / Oil change question #11
The JD synthetic oil has gotten good review on the Bobistheoilguy website..

the last JD oil filters i bought were $8 each - I was using a Mobil 1 that was $12.. I would just go with the JD filter at that price.. Fram filters dont have a good reputation overall.

The problem with Fram filters is there are at least three quality levels for each filter number. The cheap filters, poor quality go on sale, I do not like the concept.---Fuseboxer

I use "Slick 50" diesel additive only because I found some on the store self for 1/2 off or more. The brand is well known, diesel additive not gas additive. ---Fuseboxer

Ok, so you used "Slick 50" only because it was on sale? No opinions either way on the
stuff, but I guess that is why they run sales.

Steve
