Update: was expecting hex head plug, the "hole" I felt was the hex recess for allen key. Now to find the oil drip leak. Plug seems tight. Needs some cleaning after I fix hydraulic leaks so I can see what's leaking.

I hope this doesn't "stump the band". Bought used 600hr MT125 with loader. Checked oil when bought and twice since, level is less tjan full but ok. Working on other issues (hydraulic fitting leaks) and noticed some oil. Felt under pan and NO PLUG!? Oil level no apparent change. First, how can this be? Does anyone know the thread size to put something in there until I can get one (parts online seem to take forever these days.
Thanks.

What do you mean "no plug"? Are you sure it's not just an hole for something else? Can you share a picture?

The MT125 has a oil drain plug that, in fact, uses an allen wrench to remove/tighten. This was a "fix" to an issue for the first year production tractors.

The first year tractors had "normal" type hex head bolt for the oil drain plug. The bolt would unthread almost all the way, except for the last 2-3 threads. Then the bolt would hit the top of the axle housing, preventing removal.

I have first hand experience and knowledge with the issue. My dealer was involved with communicating this issue to LS corporate. They sent me one of the first "allen plugs" as a fix.
