Thanks, yeah, she's a tough little rascal! Didn't even yelp. Man, that cat could climb a tree, and come down about as good as a squirrel too!

I'm with you on killin them yotes! I just never can get a shot on one though! You remember the day, not long ago, when there were NO yotes in GA at all? Wow, just look now!

Yes I do remember and Armadillos too...Now we see those on the side of the road...use to just be in Florida or way south...next I suppose the Pythons will be coming up to see us....LOL...I hope not...

I have eaten Armadillo while living in Florida. The first time that I ate it, was at a Friend's home. He didn't tell us what it was at the time, but it was the best tasting "Pulled Pork" that I ever ate. I ate it several times again, and I still agree that it tastes like "Pulled Pork". Just my thoughts.

Back in the 50's a couple of gents went to the trouble of casting a couple (both right and left) of giant lizard (dinosaur) feet...for a couple of days running they went down to the beach (W.Central FL) and proceeded to make sets of tracks that were quite convincing...had the local folks and the media stirred up until a third friend of theirs exposed the prank...

The trick is to marinate the meat overnight in the BBQ sauce of your likening. BTW, just to let you know that Armadillos will eat and consume some awful foul stuff.:D

They eat bugs and grubs and the like...about like chickens. However, they do carry leposary (sp?) and are used in that research. That said, I've probably caught 500 by hand as a youngster.
