Hmm... what about a small rotary cutter.. like a 3' or 4' just for the tight spots?
For comercial applications, I've seen something that looks like a rototiller made to attatch to front end loaders in place of the bucket.. it is for pretty heavy duty land clearing... you just drive into brush and it eats it.... will stump grind too... I'm sure this would do it.. but at waht cost /forums/images/graemlins/shocked.gif
