my buddy had a yx80 back in the day that was when they had that funny lookin design on the tank it almost looked like a roll of film white and black. i think it was around 1976 or 1977 another buddy had the old yamaha PE 175 that was blue. i remember in the early 80's them little cr80's was in the sale paper adds for $495.00 new man how times have changed . but i think the bike that would have taken them all was the 1984 kx80 that my buddy bought for under 100 because the guy didn't even wanna mess with it anymore that thing was a freakin power house.the biggest bike i had was a 1980 RM400 i would lean it up against the shed and stand on a 5 gallon bucket to start it not on bike in schriever could touch it. i had way to many bike and trikes and one odessey in my days growing up. but thats what life is all about havin fun it seems like it's getting harder and harder to have fun these days.
