Old JD Disk Info Needed

I just picked up this same disk and am looking to refurbish it. tires wobble when towed behind truck, other than some grease and wd40 it worked gr8, i did notice the two rear scrappers where missing on mine, the main c channel was cracked and had to be welded, so this winter i will be refurbishing it, not sure what to replace or fix, my first disk, any input thanks
