SUDT is a multiviscosity 5w30 equivalent trans / hydraulic made 100% of decomposed dinosaurs. Not synthetic. Never claimed by Kubota to be synthetic, because it is NOT synthetic.

I just met with my salesman from Cavalier International (My wonderful Kubota dealer) who recently returned from their annual dealer meeting in Charlotte, North Carolina.
There has been much talk about whether Kubota owners should use UDT or SUDT (hydro fluid) in their machines. Well, it seems Kubota is doing away with UDT and will only be selling SUDT. I'm sure it will take some time to get all the UDT out of the sales cycle so I suggest those that use it should stock up. The cost of SUDT is not coming down.

That was yesterday <> Today my dealer mostly carries UDT and little if any SUDT.
