Old Williams pump

Hopefully this is the right forum. Just picked up a homemade 3pt log splitter that came with an old pump. The pump fits inside the reservior with breather valve on top. Some type of valve activated by a angled metal rod and it is driven by a gear below the valve. The whole thing fits inside a 9x13 cake pan. What is it? Thanks

These old pumps were used for lots of different uses.....they are bi-rotational and vary in displacement (depends on how many pistons internally)....looks like the valve was a special........Direct Mount Pumps provided by Energy Manufacturing Company, Inc......
