My old MF135 had draft control on the 3 pt lift. Yours? Shouldn’t drag except over rough ground.

If you mean the second lever on the lift, yes it has one but I have seen no results from adjusting it.

If your Position Control is functioning properly you should have no need for check chains.

The crank adjustment on the right side looking from the rear is frozen and will not turn.

If you use non-standard words for tractor parts it is very dificult to troubleshoot via the web.

I presume the "crank adjustment" is adjustment of the right Lifting Rod for leveling implements. Lifting Rod adjustment will have no effect if BOTH front corners of the Rotary Mower drag. If just one side is dragging, yes, Lifting Rod adjustment is in order. (The frozen part is called a Leveling Box. Generic Leveling Boxes are $100 - $150 from on-line venders.)
