I've got ride rite air bags with an airlift wireless air system on my 2500 Dmax and love them. If you pump the bags up to 100 psi with no load, the leaf springs make noise since they're unloaded. Otherwise they are fantastic, they haven't made my ride any worst and are great at leveling out the truck with a trailer on. By far the best item I've added to my truck.

I also would recommend airbags. I have run the air bags on 3 different trucks because I pull a 40' fifth wheel camper. My Dad has close to the same set up but he went with the Timbrens,and now wants to get rid of them for the reasons stated earlier. The on- board compressor with wireless control is a great addition also!

I have a set of Timbrens on a 2005 F350 CC Dually 4x4. I use the truck to pull a 5 horse gooseneck, 28ft tandem duals gooseneck hay trailer, 32ft bp 2 car hauler and an assortment of smaller bp trailers. I've not experienced any noises or harsh ride whether towing empty or loaded. Same holds true driving just the truck empty or loaded. I just had to put a set of airbags on a 2012 Ford Edge (electric wheelchair on back) because Timbrens were not available for the Edge. My vote goes to the Timbrens.

I've had them on a couple of F150s. No problems here either. I wouldn't hesitate to use them again. But then I didn't severely overload the truck. Pulled a trailer weighing in at around 6500 almost every day and wanted something to take a little heat for the springs. Truck rode normally when empty and unhooked from trailer.

I have them on the front of my 93' GMC Yukon (2 door/half ton/IFS) which I used for snow plowing over 9 years or so. The truck was my winter daily driver, I never noticed any issues when the plow was off.
