This thread touches on something I have been thinking about and have posted about. WHY ON EARTH would Kubota not have at least one full-time employee whose sole duty it is to read every single Kubota post on TBN and relay the feedback to the appropriate departments. It might cost them about 30 grand a year. Pretty cheap considering the invaluable market research they'd get in return. (And heck, I already do it for free.) Do you think they'd get that back in increased sales of tractors that have EXACTLY WHAT USERS WANT??? They're I’ idiots if you ask me!!!
