Looking to do the 50 Hour service on my B2920. Looking for a online source for the filters and oil. Thanks

For the filters, you have three Kubota dealers so close to you, including DeWitt, Williamston and Charlotte.
So, I'm a little confused. Why pay the shipping?:confused:

Most folks would highly discourage trying to fit any other kind of hydro filter, except an OEM.

Anyhow, the oil. WalMart has Dello, Rotella, and their own. Great prices on a product too heavy to ship, imo. Hard to beat.

Do you appreciate having a local dealer around when you need them?

We need to support our local dealers if they provide good support! Everybody wants to save a few bucks buying over the internet or from china, but then wonders why the local dealers and jobs disappear :(

Now I'm all in favor of bad dealers going out of business, but if a local dealer provides good service and has what you need, we should support them, or they too will be gone.

Well, if you're going to support your dealer why would you buy your oils
elsewhere? ;'> That said, $55 a bucket does make one take a deep breath.

As to WalMart, where I would generally be last to go, has anyone ever specked
out their brand of oils, particularly hydraulics? I know all oils are not created equally, and hydro oil is kinda' critical to my B20.

Curious minds and all that,
Dennis

I stopped going to my dealer because they no longer want to help me. I ask them questions and all they say it bring it in and we will look at it.

A few years ago when I would go and buy my kubota filters I noticed when I got home that I paid kubota prices for parts that are marked Sterns.

I have no problems paying for a dealer that truly wants to service me, not just take my money.

I went one last time right before Easter this year and they have no kubota parts at all. They sold me an air filter that they said would fit. It didn't, so I had to drive back the next day (50 miles round trip) to return the part and get the correct one.

So, I will be ordering my parts online now. Unfortunately, it probably will not be Messicks because I would be paying shipping plus sales tax here in PA.

I wasn't promoting WalMart over one's local dealer, merely pointing out that the OP's question about on line/mail ordering oil isn't practical given its weight. Merely also pointing out that many, many people do have oil brand/type preferences beyond the dealer's showroom and how easy good oil, at good prices, is to be found. The OP's question just seemed odd to me, that's all.

WalMart generally sells Warren Blended oils and fluids as SuperTech. Warren is a solid, reputable company. Warren blends for a host of house names as well. TSC for one, uses Warren, as do many of the name brand Auto Parts stores for their house brand. Would I use Warren hydro fluid over sudt? Nope. I own a whining BX!!!:laughing: Here's to wishing I could try Chevron/Texaxo synthetic. Simply not available here.

I've used Coleman Equipment for an exhaust pipe and one other order that the dealer said would take a while and generally I felt didn't want to help since it was a small part. Haven't purchased oil or filters from them but their site has all the prices plus the parts of most Kubotas.
