open sockets i need a set

If you run out of convenient options, check out some estate sales. Virginia has lots of estate sales and rural ones usually include an incredible number of tools. I've seen entire sets of sockets - including some I think like those you need - sell for ridiculously low prices. A lot of us rural folks buy a tool for a specific purpose and keep it forever. You find some really rare and useful tools and parts.

the wife and i were talking about that [auctions] and we have not had a good estate auction all last year and none so far this year. alot of land and home auctions but no personal property.

didn't really know where to put this so i thought here would do. these open sockets in the pics i got several years ago to replace o2 sencors on vehicle and sence then i have foud alot of uses for different sizes. i got them from a tooldealer who is no longer in business. the 2 i have are 1 1/16 and 7/8 i would like to find a set from 3/8 upto 1 inch. i chacked a few places today while i was out but you can't buy nothing like that anywhere close buy. so does anyone know where i can get a set of them. thanks<img src="http://www.tractorbynet.com/forums/attachment.php?attachmentid=316556"/>

Try NAPA. I have found they can get some very odd stuff.
