Opinion please: Insulate Metal Building in South Texas or not?

Congratulations on your building. How much and what kind of insulation did you use?

We purchased (3" ROOF INSULATION WMP/VRV Reinforced) through the building supplier. We used 3" on the roof and the walls which I consider now sufficient for the summer. I need to report back after the winter.

3" Roof and Wall was $2,390.
4" Roof and Wall would have been $2,770 and 6" would have been $3,740.
