Kubota is just as American made as deere.... if not more in some cases. If you look at the side of a majority of tractors there is a sticker that says "made in the USA". Well, its about as made in the US as deere is. Kubota assembles some of the equipment in Georgia. Although a majority of the product is foreign, Kubota keeps a very good large staff in the country. I am not a deere dealer, and my word is not gosphel, but from what I understand they are not even manufacturing alot of their own compact tractors, rather outsourcing to one of the many OEM's.
When is comes down to it, your not going to find any compact tractor that is american made. The market is too competitive. Fortunatly there is still a good bit of american made AG equipment.
The most important factor is finding a tractor you are comfortable with and having a good local dealer who will sell at a fair price and be able to provide quality service and implements for years to come.
