If that's Speeco's E-hitch you may be in luck. The E-hitch (Speecoe has other quick hitches) does not require bushing adapters for the lower pins. The JD quickhitch does require them.
TBN member chadincolo was the designer of the E-hitch.

It requires bushings, but I was able to buy some at tractor supply.

I guess that you were not in luck. But you got a good price.

I finally picked it up today and got to play with it for a few hours.:D I mowed some lawn, pulled out some four inch mullberry trees (not easily), and tried to dig a little with the loader. Everything worked great. The loader is very easy to remove and install. I havn't tried removing the mower yet. The tractor has plenty of power in low, but like others have said it could use a gear in between low and high. I can get closer to obsticles in the lawn with the 62D MMM, but I think that my woods deck mows nicer. I think I am going to fill the tires with wwf tomarrow.

I first purchased a 2320 with the 200CX FEL and 52D mower deck. I thought everything was great until I added a 2520. I bought it used (25 hours) with a 200CX loader and a 48" bush hog rear mower and paid $15,000 from a private party so no tax. Everything was just like new. I sold the newer loader and bought a slightly used 64D mower deck for about even dollars, added turf tires and what a great mowing machine. I put on the beet juice filled R-4 tires when I use the FEL to clean out my box stalls. It's about a 30 minute job but worth the time. A MUCH better machine than the 2320 to try to do the same job.

The only thing I don't like is the way Deer designed the gauge wheels on the 64D deck. I mow my grass long and that makes the gauge wheels pretty far extended down. Last night while mowing I hit the edge of my cement driveway and bent the shaft as well as the deck. I try to be careful but I guess I got careless. I have been considering fabricating a brace that extends between the forward and aft gauge wheel mounts. Has anyone else experienced the same issue and what have your solutions been (other than watching what your doing better)?

Anyway, you made a great choice in tractors. I love the ergonomics, the power, driver comforts (I'm a pretty big guy 6'2", 240 lbs.) and it fits me well. I might also add that I always use the seat belt as I feel safer knowing I will stay with the machine if it ever upsets. I have some hills around my home some of which can get pretty steep (well at least for Indiana). Have fun with your new machine.

Nice tractor........funny thing, it looks very similar to the 2520 that I just bought.

You and I are about the same size, and I originally found that my right foot, was forced into a somewhat uncomfortable position while driving. It seemed the "go" peddles were too close, and I had to keep my foot at an uncomfortable angle in order to access the peddles, even though I have the seat as far back as it will go.

A tip on this forum suggested to cut one ring off the seat supports, which I did. This made a world of difference in my case. Much more comfortable for me at least. Just thought I would mention this in case you found the seating a little cramped.

I would liked to have seen the speed range in low just bumped up a little faster. I can mow my grass in high, as I don't have any steep hills, but still, I think a little higher speed in the low range would have solved everyone's problems, with the 2 speed tranny issue.

I think on a 3 range hydro, the low would be a "creep" speed, and probably wouldn't be used much anyway, so in effect it would still be used as a 2 speed unit.

Enjoy your new toy........I sure like mine, shoulda' had a loader years ago.

The seat thing is funny that was the first thing I did after mowing for an hour. I looked them over for a minute pulled them out and cut them off hoping I wouldn't regret it later. It's good to hear others have done this.
