I ordered an MX-5 back in March or April ,with a June promised date,June turned into August ,which turned into "Deer season", which has now turned into December.I'm trading an unused LX-5. If I cancel the order the dealer will only give me $1000.00 for the LX-5.So I'm kind of stuck waiting for the MX-5 through him. Is anyone having the same problem with delivery dates?
I called the CSR at JD, she indicated the head of Customer Service, her boss(Steve Gray), doesn't take customer telephone calls???!!!!!!!!Needless to say I'm extremely frustrated. Anyone have any suggestions for speeding up the delivery process? Why is it taking so long?Who can I call?
