I believe the pin adjustable telescoping links are standard on Cab but optional on ROPS models. I'm not sure how it'd work with a back hoe setup but I went with a LP Quick Hitch along with a Titan ballast box which work well together, actually the QH puts the ballast box rearward a few extra inches which gives it more of a fulcrum effect. And switching rear implements is MUCH easier with the Quick Hitch. If you don't plan on getting a Quick Hitch definitely get the pin adjustable links.
