Yea 3930 and Buckeye - You've got it exactly right. I think what we need to do is make A REALLY BIG DEAL about when people DO give good service!! The positive encouragement is the best way to get more of the same behaviour, right?

I just had an auto dealership allow me an extended (250mi) test drive in one of their demo vehicles when they normally limit them to 50mi or less. It was a vehicle with a CVT transmission and I really needed to see how it would perform on the LONG steep grades that we traverse every GA-TN trip. Despite their price being somewhat higher (mostly due to regional pricing differences), they are getting my business.

We've also all heard the stories on here, both good and bad, about how much difference your tractor dealer can make. So let's keep up the positive reinforcement where it's justified and preserve the little bit of really good service that still exists!
