Overhaul or engine swap?

I have a T7 with approximately 2100 hours, Perkins diesel, that I have owned for 11 years. It has been losing power and showing increased black smoke out the breather tube. I ran a compression check that showed 240, 100, and 310psi. The manual says below 355psi it's time for an overhaul. I've pulled the engine. Any thoughts about were to send it, or the possibility of a Kubota engine swap? A call to Terramite was unhelpful, they no longer support this engine.

I would go to your local implement, tractor dealer. I am sure they could rebuild it for you.
