Re: Owned Kub\'s X 17 yrs, NO MORE! Getting a JD!
In almost any forum other then TBN or CBN, he would indeed be labled as a troll. I never cared for the term troll nor do I care for people whinning or complaining. Joe is voicing is dissatifaction with his situation but ignores all the whinning and complaining that is just as rampant in other forums including JD. If your simply upset and letting us know it, we understand. If you think all your issues will be gone by going to another manufactuer, your going to be rather unhappy person. I have to agree with DevilDog. I would not go to any forum and talk about how I'm jumping ship, I'd just do it. YOu will find there is not much sympathy for folks complaining here, ask Ramon 49. /forums/images/graemlins/grin.gif He pretty much got hammered, much of it his own doing. The other problem is from reading your post is we have no clue as to how much of the repair problems were yours. Suffice it to say, any MMM mowing 5 acres twice a week with 2000 hours on it is going to be in less then new condition. Good luck with your Deere MMM doing much better then that. Now I would suggest you consider going to the Deere forum and telling us how great it is. I won't rain on your parade and tell you about my experience with a JD front deck ZTR I have. While the parts are available, the cash to repair it is not. It's not perfect, believe me.
