Pallet Fork Rollers

Building I store the pallet forks and other implements has a single garage door, so when they sit in the opening restricts access. Tried placing them in a heavy pallet with big casters, but was too cumbersome to move.
Made these up from material on hand, casters from HF, and cleared the door jam.

Cool. I use a furniture dolly that fits the width from fork to fork. You need to put it on with the SSQA plate on top of the dolly or it wants to tip. Is yours tippy at all having the wheels set farther from the plate?

Not tippy, well balanced with the channels pushed back to support the weight, rolls around easily. This set of forks are made by Horst Mfg. purchased through my Deere Dealer.

I like the little buggers!

Having a lot of stuff, I found over the years doubling the amount of stuff, in the way of carts and special pallets isn't really helping. Often attachments end up sitting outside, but the carts and whatever are still occupying the same valuable floor space in the shed/barn.

I leave by buckets and forks outside. My mowers inside. 4 HD castors and 2x4 frame. Easily push them around. 500-800lbs each.

These are pretty slick, hiflyer. I reckon you could sell a pair of those for oh, $70 or $80? Start with some thin gauge c-channel and you only need to weld once bar across the top for the set screw. You could tack weld a small piece of bar/tube onto the bolt to make it easy to hand tighten/loosen without any tools.
