Can I be completely honest?
Your products are really good for the money. The steel seems thick enough and high enough quality, the designs are fine, the paint is even better than King Kutter/Tarter/etc. does here in the states.
There are MINOR fitment issues with them in terms of the cost to fix, but major in terms of how they work for people, (both the attachment and the SS/tractor end) that seem to be present in a lot of the stuff you sell. I'm sure these are all laser cut, braked with huge brakes, welded in jigs, etc... but they're done incorrectly.
Once people have these issues, many get satisfaction only after hounding you guys over it.
If you could involve yourselves a bit more in the manufacturing process and ensure the items are correct, I think you would save a ton of money (i.e., make more money for you!) in the end and have much happier customers. It seems that some minor fixes to the jigs/computer programs/etc. would make these attachments more "correct". If that's not possible, it may be time to find a new supplier... I'm sure there are dozens.
It's not just Titan, as I stated in another post I found another manufacturer making them not to SAE quick attach specs. But the major manufacturers of attachments like Bradco/Paladin, Bobcat, etc. do not seem to have issues with their attachments fitting well on any SSQA-equipped machine.
It frustrates me to see so many with the same issues, when the fixes are relatively simple if done at the time of manufacture.
