That looks like a 3x or so mechanical disadvantage. I doubt it would be any stronger than the loader.

Yes, depending on the weight of what the forks are lifting. It would also need a hydraulic top link where the top link is in the pictures:

Like Diggin it, I've used my 3pt pallet fork with my loader. Set it in the bucket, use two sections of chain and a load binder to strap it to the bucket, one chain on each side looped around a fork and an upright, and behind the bucket. Works fine, takes just a couple of minutes and it's cheap. I since fabricated a set of real forks to swap with the bucket.
