Justin, sorry for the late reply, but I have the horst welding 3000 lb. forged tine model with my 4310, 300 cx. which came from JD dealer, I like them better than the JD model because they have a higher back which helps prevent loads from spilling over the back. They were a little pricey around $900.00 but are very heavy duty and great for moving all kinds of bulky loads like logs etc. came in handy lifting tripled up 16 ft. 2x12's when building a shed (for the tractor). be very careful when lifting capacity loads off a high truck, as you lower the loader the weight moves forward exceeding capacity then if the load is not perfectly centered it tends to want to throw the tractor on its side, not just lift the back wheels of the ground, (almost happened to me). always use max. ballast and be ready to drop your loader fast if you get in trouble with raised load, it will usually help, good luck.
John,
