LS XR3135H
This is embarrassing. I haven't had my XR3135H a week yet but I have 12hrs on it. I have a brand new 5gal diesel can with a safety spout. As I was filling the tank, the notch slipped of the lip on the tank and knocked the screened filter all the way into the tank. Is this common? I'm going to try and fish it out after work, is it even possible? Do I stand a chance of grabbing the fuel kennel sensor? Will I have to drop the tank? Can I run it until it's low or do I have to siphon or drain?

Any help appreciated. The operators manual is still a week away. They didn't have one the day I picked up the machine.

I would not consider that a big deal. Don't know if I'd bother with it unless it caused an issue.

Not paying full attention to task at hand, last Fall I tipped fuel can to fill my tractor, and realized too late the cap was in place. It has now been swimming in the tank for over a year and no problems. Every time I fill up, I peek in to see if it has floated near opening, but so far have not seen it again. At this point I am guessing it will be there forever, but don't foresee it causing a problem. Doubt yours will either.

You can try to reach in with a spring loaded grabber tool to pull it out. HF sells them cheap. If you can't get it out the screen won't hurt anything if left in and replacement screens are available online. If you are able to grab it, you'll probably destroy it getting it out.
