Payne\'s Clamp on Bucket attachments a no show

I answered the ad on TBN for Payne's Clamp on Bucket attachments. I ordered a set of forks and also a clamp on ball hitch.
Unfortunately, I have not received the items. I emailed Payne but have not heard back from the company.
Luckily my credit card has not been charged for the order but I am disappointed I have not received the products.
Has anyone ordered from them and did you have better luck?

How long ago did you place the order? By when did they promise it?

I once placed an order (elsewhere) that didn't go through and thought it did. Their computer had a glitch but showed me that it went through. Maybe that's what happened. G

I ordered and received my set of forks. they are a little slow. I had to call severval times. If you get one of the employees, nothing seems to happen with your message. Talk to owner and he will give you good info. the forks work fine.

That seems a little scary. I expect my order to be done the first time. Granted orders do get lost, especially web orders. But if I don't hear from a company in a couple of days from the time I ordered, I make a phone call, no e-mails.
As for several calls and still not getting anything back...that's got to hurt business. Wonder if the owner is aware that this thread is running around on TBN. I had plans to order from them...
Speaking of orders, I did order a custom made tooth bar from http://markhamwelding.com/ on Friday. The people there said they could still get my bar made and shipped that day. I received an acknowledgement in the mail (snail mail) today saying that the shipment would be here in El Paso on Wednesday or Thursday....now that is service

I certainly don't want to bad mouth or hurt any company but I feel you are 100% right.
I hope for Payne that they are swamped with orders and that is the reason I have not received their product. Still, for their own good they should follow up with at least an email.

I can understand a company being stacked up with orders and not getting the product out right away, but no word about the order can be a little unnerving. What really concerns me is the fact that one has to make several calls to get somebody to tell them anything.....that is a problem brewing somewhere.

....Inquiring minds want to know how this turns out.

I was ready to order a set of Payne forks this week. Now I'm in a holding pattern. Maybe I'll buy the teeth for the FEL instead. I need both and the items cost close to the same.
