Kman, I think if you experienced poor service 1-Kioti salesman does not come to Douglas every day 2-Kate was pretty much left holding the whole bag by herself 3-Jim, as you know was the main force in that store. I see you have been talking to Kiotiken, a wealth of knowledge, and an experienced Kioti dueler. Long winded sometimes but a good guy to have on your side.
Bon Fete

Thanks delgra and I hope Jim comes back soon cause it is a nightmare there at the moment. Kate is doing her best. As for the Kioti salesman not sure about that. If Bromley wanted to buy more tractor that salesman would be there as fast as you can say Kioti lol. When it comes to warranty issues they are slow. Bromley has been in business long enough to be able to decide what is under warranty and make their own decision instead of waiting for months for a reply from their Kioti rep. This is hurting their business if customers are not happy and I sure ain't. I do hope everything turns out ok and like you I would love to tell people that Bromley Farm supplies are tops.

OEM=Original Equipment Manufacture.= In other words, what the original manufacture supplied

Update on my situation with Bromley Farms Supplies. I was told 2 weeks ago that they would be picking up the tractor sometime during the week and taking it back to the dealership to remove the rusting panels and send them away to be repainted. At the same time they would replace the smashed up headlight lenses assembly and level meter on the FEL. Tractor is still here lol. My patience is getting kind of thin. Do you guys blame me

Since my last update. The tractor was finally picked up on Friday Aug 11 and taken away to Bromley Farm Supplies. Got a call Thursday August 3 that the tractor was all fixed up and ready to come home. I asked them to look into a soft cab for it. A company in the states called Cover my tractor has a nice soft cab for 1600. Now waiting for an answer if it is available to Canada and price on shipping and installations. Should know this week.
