Is that a slip clutch or shear pin tiller? In either case, be sure they are working properly, so you don't break the shaft coming out of the tractor, assuming the tiller binds on something in the ground, ie., a stump.

It is a slip clutch. How would I test it?? Too be honest this is my first implement I have ever hooked to the rear PTO. Maybe I will check the manual - will it say how to test it safely?
