Is it just me or is the 3pt lever in a horrible place??? Looks like it needs extended and bent away from the seat.

I tried it on for size and it fit! The stick was in the correct spot I felt. There are two loaders, D120 stays on and H120 is a quick remove type.

If mower decks aren't shipping until september, I don't see many of these selling this year. I want one of these, but if I can't mow with it I'm not going to buy one just to park in the garage to look at for the next 3 months, although I could use the loader some.

Deere is missing the whole year in the SCUT market. I wonder what else you can't get yet? It seems fishy to me that the 1026r in the pictures has the D120 loader instead of the H120. Wonder if the H120 is even available.

Really thinking I should have bit the bullet and bought a Massey GC after waiting this long for a Deere and it's still not completely ready.

When I was taking pics of the 1026R, right beside it was a 1023R with the H120 loader. I'm not interested in the 1023 so I didn't take any pics.

Two of the three that I have seen were bare, without loaders. The third one had just come in, and they were getting ready to install the loader. The position control lever for the 3pt did look close, but it felt OK to me too.

That was kind of my thought too, but once everything is ready this will all be forgotten. Of course that is a lot easier to say if you already have something you can use. I agree that the holdups have probaly cost JD a lot of sales.

I've been waiting for this tractor for quite some time now. Seeing as I my goal is to have one by next spring I've been passing up some good offers just cuz I've been waiting on the1026R. I sure hope it's worth the wait being my first ever tractor!! Thanx for the pix way better than the ones on www

I'd like to have that seat! Looks comfortable! The tractor looks a lot smaller than I thought it'd be.

It looks like the D loader is non quick-tach and not quick attach bucket.

I wonder why the deluxe H loader was on the the 1023 and not the 1026?

Ok I'm gettin antsy!! Can anyone tell me the difference between the 1023 and the1026 besides the 3 hp and adjustable steering. The dealer has a 1023 on the floor and I'm thinking that would suit my needs just fine. Unless there is a major difference between the two of course.
