Oil & Fuel Pics of HST Oil Coolers on CK35's and Above Please?

I closely inspected my 2005 vintage CK30 cooler with all metal lines and there are no leaks at all after 810 hours.

I know, pretty useless info but I'm just happy to finally not be the one with a problem!

Good info, Dr. Highbeam, thanks.

I'm thinking George in Spokane actually does have the rubber connectors. There's still steel on the top and the bottom but rubber hydraulic hose in the middle.

Mine leaks.. :( Out of warranty too!

I can't tell EXACTLY where the leak is coming from..

After I cleaned mine off and ran it for a few hours and looked at it again, the slight seepage/leak was only on the left SIDE as you face it, and going down to the bottom and slowly spreading an inch or two along the bottom to the right.

It looked like there was a small chance it was coming from the connecting bolt area, so I tightened that bolt a bit, say 20 degrees.

I'll watch it and report back if the seepage stops, which would be wonderful.

Mine seems to be coming from the upper left connection as well. Tightening it did not help. Ya'll reckon there's a chance of a recall even if it's out of warranty?

I think we're on to something! I'll try to get a pic before I clean it again. When I first checked it (photo above here somewhere) it seemed "obvious" that the leak was along the bottom as the length of the bottom of the cooler was wet with oil.

But upon cleaning and looking again, it appears the seepage is coming from the left as you face it top connector. And with comment above, that's two of them.

As for Kioti taking care of this after warranty, I'd say we'll find out in about five years if it goes like the loader problem!

Edit: Photo here of cooler being run for couple hours after being thoroughly cleaned; no oil other than on left size & bottom as shown.

Could be. I only saw the top and bottom so the middle could indeed be rubber.

New hydraulic oil cooler - a one hour job. This one was leaking near the bottom. I don't know if it was a pinhole, crack, etc. Doesn't really matter to me. CK30 with 427 hours and it's been leaking for a while. I hope this is a final fix.....hmmm, wonder if the DK35SE with cab has these problems:) And yes, I cleaned the radiator screens while I was at it.
