That hurt Richard. Hurt real bad.

Here I've written whole darn books on some of my threads over there and you're worried about a little description. /forums/images/graemlins/blush.gif

Unless as an elite I've got different rules to live by I'd have to believe that you have two things for sure not to fear about such a thread.

One, you can't dish out more b.s. about horse stuff than some of us have put down on less interesting subjects.

Two, not being appreciated.

So line'em up, move'm out, whoa, here pony! /forums/images/graemlins/grin.gif /forums/images/graemlins/grin.gif /forums/images/graemlins/grin.gif

Yep, sounds like an interesting topic, even to me when I doubt that I'll ever mess with horses again. /forums/images/graemlins/laugh.gif

I would be interested in seeing that and having it explained! i know nothing about horses, except what JOHN WAYNE DID IN THE MOVIES /forums/images/graemlins/grin.gif

Hi Richard,

As to how much commentary can be added to each photo in the Photos section -- I don't believe there is any specific limit set, other than what the default max is for PhP or MySQL databases.

So, while I don't know if 10 page commentaries are suitable for each photo, I am pretty sure 50-300 or more words per image would be no problem.

Why don't you try it out and add whatever commentary you need, and if problems arise, I can get Muhammad or Ibrahim to help out. Thanks again, Richard, for all of your extraordinary and highly relevant posts.

To be honest I haven't played with the photos section very much. I'm not talking about books like you write Harv. /forums/images/graemlins/wink.gif Just a few lines to explain what's going on.

"Just a few lines to explain what's going on."

Should be no problem Doc.

One thing that came to mind is the purpose of the thread.

Seems like the photos section is just that...a place to post photos that for the most part are self explanitory.

I wonder if the search function searches the photo section as well as the discussion forums? If not, then someone who was interested in horse breaking, and did a search in the future, might not find the info.

Maybe it is the old dog syndrome showing, but at this point my gut is saying that the thread would be better placed in a discussion forum.

Look forward to reading/seeing it! /forums/images/graemlins/smile.gif

But I thought all smart horses were trained by the fourth "click"....J/K(i didn't say it was a good joke..the four clicks that spell Colt)

and yes it would be interesting to see/read about it

Cheers
Tony

That sounds like a neat idea.

Have you done any clicker training with your horses?
