After your clear of the backhoe just lower it to the floor using the stabilizers and the bucket before disconnecting the hoses.

When you're sitting on the tractor, the reddish colored OIL spout is for all the hydro fluid, yes.
This is the procedure in a nut shell. Lower the BH bucket and stabilizers and adjust to take the pressure off the pins that hold the BH on (2). Remove the two pins and move the tractor forward just enough to clear the mounts. Lower the backhoe to the ground with the stabilizers outstretched, then turn off the tractor. Move the BH controls and the loader controls around some to relieve all the pressure in the lines and disconnect the quick connects, and plug them to keep dirt out.
Remember to turn the lever on the power beyond, where the backhoe hoses come from, back to the 6:00 position. If you need help locating that, let me know. The tractor will not run properly and the loader won't work if you don't do this.
