Here is another one of my snow removal tools. Mainly for loading snow piles off the lawn in the early spring with all the gravel still in the pile.

Found some more pictures of loading snow from the lawn to keep the gravel off the lawn. Using my JD 2210 w/FEL to load my JD 6x4 Gator with power dump and haul into the woods to melt.

I finally got a chance to use the new snowblower on a significant snow fall. We got about 30" or so..

I wore my snowboard goggles .. and that seemd to be the best I could do for the misty snow .. but I had our driveway and road opened up in about 1/2 hour ... Even made it to work on time!! <dang it>.

I made an electric chute rotator out of one of the inexpensive Harbor Freight winches .. it's a bit slow, but works great! I also cut a 3" steel pipe in 1/2 and welded it to the cutting edge .. really helps keep the reclaimed asphalt in place, and I even cut a path to My good friends house (neighbor) and it did not dig into the soft ground at all..

Overall I really like the blower, (Woods ss74), My DK40SE HST runs it just fine, but I think the hydrostatic would allow for any width blower to be ok?

I did have to save some snow for the pile ... obvious reasons.. hehe.

Tractor on, and lets all hope for more snow!!!

Here in Michigan 12 miles off the lake shore, we need to have a variety of snow removal tools. I have posted my current favorite tools earlier however, when winter is at it's finest, I need to get out the blower. This was my first snow removal tool starting on this place in 1997. The 6x4 Gator w/72" FB in a nice warm cab with the tunes cranking is my snow removal tool of choice.

I have used the JD 345 to clean off the concrete pad in lieu of a shovel using the 42" FB.

Here is mine. Just updated my fleet this year with a different blower and a snow pusher. Next im gonna invest in a 3 point blade(7' or so). I also might in a year or 2 get a front mount blower.

I built the chute rotoator set up my self except for the arbour. Cheaper to buy it than it is bugger around building it.
