" From what I understand that tractor (new) is in the neighborhood of $150,000 and a snowblower with a backdrag blade without the extendable sides is in the $20,000 range. The extendable sides are going to be 5,000 to 10,000 more. "

I feel a lot better now about the $900 BCS snowblower attachment I just ordered for my $3000 BCS walk behind tractor.

Let me know what you think about that Blower on the BCS. It may be on my list of added attachments.

I'm hoping this winter is done here. Weather is supposed to be 65/70 this coming week and get a bit cooler next week. But I think we are over the hump. Giving the truck a winter off is always a good thing.

Hi, season is winding down but this is my rig. L4060 with the 74" snowblower and a herd 750 spreader for sand salt. I take care of a half mile dirt road, and once the ground freezes it works pretty slick.

I really like your setup.

Thanks. It's definitely the more costly way vs a 3-point blower, but with a half mile road, with steep hills and twists and turns I did not want to be driving in reverse.

You will have to make a video of it when you get a good snow. How do the turfs work in the snow?
