I actually don't live in fear and never have. I worked with criminals from murders to child molesters for over thirty years and knowing the kind of people who walk among us, I simply find it preferable to have the means of defending myself, family and those around me.

I never spoke to a crime victim who said they were glad they didn't have a gun, but lots who said they wished they had.

Guy, It really Ticked me to hear the Ny mayor run his mouth about a cc person, being in the crowd...Granted, it would be very hard to stop the maniac, from very far away. He was shooting anyone close to him...He did have the helmet and body armor on, so it would have taken a head shot to stop him... This was so senseless an event...Plus, now there might be a copycat??

I have seen what it looks like after a bullet hit even in body armor, a shot would not have to be fatal or even produce much if any damage to have interrupted the attack, even with level IV, he might not feel much, but maybe enough to dissuade him as he did not seem too brave by the way he surrendered.

Either way, I would prefer to die doing something other than hiding under a seat or giving him just one more easy target.
