Pizza dough for wood fired oven

Got it. Thanks. Reminds me of the time my Dad was using the cutting torch to cut the rusted nuts off a piece of equipment he was working on. My brother, about 4 or 5, walked over, picked one of the nuts up, and immediately threw it down. He then said "Boy, that sure was a hot little 'crew (screw)". And then there's the old joke "It just doesn't take me long to look at a horseshoe".

We have 3, wooden one for the launch, small 6" metal one for lifting and turning and a 14" for the retrieve, also known as paddles
when I was at school our science lab was on the 1st floor over a main street, we would get pennies red hot over a bunsen burner and throw them out the window then watch people try topick them up

Had some dough left over a few days ago and wanted to try Piadina, the bread is unleavened but I thought I would try it with the dough, just flattened a 8" round and into the oven, it just sat there for a while then blew up like a football, let it brown for a few seconds and take it out, cut it open like a pita bread and put in 3 slices of brie, 2 slices of prosciutto then topped with a handful of rocket (arugula).
Was a great hit and have been commanded to do it again, will try to make some proper dough to see what it is like but as it doesn't puff up you just put on the filling and fold it, will also try some variations for a filling such as rocket, strip loin topped with vincotto and parmesan.
LOve experimenting and have no shortage of guinea pigs at home.
