hey guys. can you plug a filled tire, whether it is calcium chloride or the new stuff?

According to my Dad - who has been in the tire business about 45 years - yes you can. At first you try to plug them, if that doesn't hold, you then patch from the inside. But then you have to pump them out, dry them, patch, and then refill. Can take awhile with some of the larger tires - that is where the money comes in. BTW, he hates slime, etc. Not so much it doesn't work, but when it doesn't work, fixing the tire is a nasty job.
