Plumbers - need some help with water flow

I talked to the neighbors and they are all between 45-50 with much shorter line, so with the length of my line I was figuring that I am not doing too bad. One of the neighbors also had their line tested by the water company and he said he said the guy was surprised it was as high as it was due to the fact we are "up on the ridge".
