Take it back to your dealer and see what the service manager has to say. I have a B2910 and the paint started to come off the lower part of the fenders and a small area on the hood. It was still under warranty and Kubota replaced both fenders and the hood. I dont know if they will do your tractor the same way, but at least they should repaint it for you.
