I agree with Ken, probably a grey market tractor, originally destined for somewhere in the southern hemisphere.... you know, where water spins in the opposite direction going down a drain. Wouldn't you want your auger to turn the same way? ;)

I am pretty sure we can all agree that it is a grey market tractor. It has several differences, which include a reverse turning pto, (3 speed output also which is cool!). The normal six spline pto shaft is a 16 (or was it 18?) spline but adapters are available and only about $40 or so, so that isn't a problem.
Last time I saw a pto reverser for one of the B6000 it was for sale at somewhere just over $750 which is hard to stomach on a tractor that is worth just a couple thousand to start with. An owner of a B6000 can do a lot with them if he is handy with a wrench and a welder. A lot of them came with a tiller that mounted to the rear of the differential housing.

My Satoh Beaver is not Grey Market. The PTO spins CCW. I do not know if the B6000 was Grey or not but these first SCUT tractors had many Implements for the CCW PTO. I have a finish mower, my neighbor has a tiller and I have heard of snow blowers made for this CCW PTO. I do not think any Implements are made today for CCW PTO with exception of maybe the PHD shown in the earlier post.

How does that Kubota handle that auger? I have wanted to try an auger on my Satoh but wondered if it had enough power.

If you make a reverser, make a couple at the same time, as somebody is always looking to buy one, and it will pay for your time and materials when you sell the second one.

I should hope so, I just picked this one up last week, it is a Corsicana which have not been in business for I don't know how long.

I put it on my 15hp Mitsubishi and went out and dug two holes, It needs a new paint job.

Glad to see it works. I figured it would but feel better making a purchase when I know it will work.
Thanks for the pictures.
