Wondering if one of these will work well for ditching. I have to cut one about 150' between my neighbors place and mine. last time I used her troy bilt, but since I have the Kubota wanted to use that. I can pick one up at auction today, most likely for around 40 bucks. Another project is going to be a ditch for burying wire in conduit for the wifes pond.

Any one done this, or have any ideas, they would be appreciated

Have used a potato plow for burying irrigation lines and wiring for the pump. Depends on the soil and how deep you want to bury it. In really hard ground several passes may be needed, but it works quite well.

I would definitely get it, they are $100 new at TSC, if it is what they call a middlebuster.
Never can have to many implements.

Anyone have a picture of one of these guys? I have several long rows of potatoes I need to plant and don't want to break my rear...

OK, now it has dirt on it, but man does it make a ditch. 8" on the first pass. I do have a question, is there anyway to get more ground clearance and not shorten the thing. I am getting Pats system soon and I know that will give me some more arm length, but I am real close on ground clearance.

First ditching with it, 2 passes and it would hold anything this boy would want to do. Oh and the way the wife approved, I told her we could use it to make the ditch to her pond for the pump............all approved and got the go ahead then.

great, anyone have photos of this system, and any "professional" that is all you great folks, reviews.

i live by what really works, engineers can say and do anything on paper, but where the rubber meets the road is whether it works in reality

thanks in advance
