Here's my ten year old thread with the only sure way I've ever found to not spill oil. It's called a pail tipper. I pour the oil into an empty Mobil One 5 qt empty container, using a funnel. It's marked on the side so I can see how much oil and not overfill anything.
Anyone have a "pail tipper" for 5 gallon bucket ease of use?
These are available from a number of places for about $55. I thnk Northern Tool sells them but not Harbor Freight. Anyone have one and do they work? I'm just tired of trying to dump a five gallon pail of whatever into my machinery and this looks so easy.www.tractorbynet.com
This works perfect for me and I have not spilled very much in the past eleven years.
