This may seem like a strange question, but is there a trick or method to get paint out of a standard metal paint can without getting it all over the side of the can the groove for the lid etc.
I want to dispense small amounts of paint into my sprayer and half of it ends up on the floor, the can, the rim. Then when I put the lid back on the seal is bad, the lid gets glued to the can. At $30 per quarter I have to find a better way to get the paint out of the can without wasting half of it.
They can send a spaceship to pluto but can't come up with a better paint can design!
