Looking at going down the TNT path on my JD-790. Thanks to the many posts from others who have gone before me, I have a pretty good feel for cylinder sources, valves etc.
But my question is do I have to use the JD 790 power beyond kit as my hydraulic take-off starting point. I can not imagine disconnecting the spool valves especially if I install quick connects on those valve ports. So the PB kit seems a bit clumsy way to pickup hydraulic power for permanently mounted valves. I figure should I want true PB I could select prince valve which has PB port or can be adapted later. My JD dealer doesn't seem too interested in selling anything but the PB kit for $200.00
Anyone added hydraulics without the PB kit or have the shop manual for 790 and/or the PB install instructions?
Thanks for the help
